Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Datanexin website and platform. By accessing or using Datanexin, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use Datanexin on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity performed through your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Datanexin may apply eligibility, payment or account requirements before providing access to particular platform features.

The service

Datanexin provides business contact discovery, company and professional information, Search, AI Assistant, Lists, Credits, Exports and related prospecting tools.

Features, available data, supported markets and platform functionality may change as Datanexin improves or expands the service.

Credits and purchases

Datanexin uses credits for access to selected contact data. The current launch credit rules are:

• Business email: 1 credit.
• Mobile number: 3 credits.
• Business phone: no credit charge.
• Search, AI Assistant, Lists and Exports have no standalone credit charge.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless a different term is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prices, pack sizes and credit requirements may be changed for future purchases. Changes do not alter credits already granted to your account except where required to correct an error or comply with law.

Completed purchases are not automatically refundable. If you believe a payment or credit allocation is incorrect, contact us so the transaction can be reviewed. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Data availability and accuracy

Business information changes frequently. Datanexin works to keep data structured and useful, but we do not promise that every record is complete, current or error-free.

Email, mobile, business phone and other fields vary by record. The presence of a record does not mean every contact detail is available.

You should evaluate information before relying on it for an important business decision. Datanexin does not guarantee that a contact will respond, that an email will be delivered, or that a business opportunity will result from using the service.

Acceptable use

You may use Datanexin for lawful business purposes such as professional research, prospecting, account discovery, recruiting, partnerships and related business development.

You must not use Datanexin to:

• Break applicable privacy, marketing, communications or other laws.
• Harass, threaten, deceive or unlawfully discriminate against people.
• Send unlawful or abusive communications.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account.
• Bypass credit, access, security or usage controls.
• Use automated methods to scrape or extract the platform outside features we provide.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Resell, republish or redistribute the Datanexin database as a competing data product without written authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring that your outreach, recruiting, marketing and other activities comply with the laws and rules that apply to you and your recipients.

AI Assistant

AI Assistant helps interpret requests, refine audiences, explain workflows and interact with Datanexin data and platform functionality.

AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or using it for an important decision.

You should not enter passwords, full payment-card details or other highly sensitive information into AI Assistant.

Lists and exports

Lists help you organize contacts within your account. Exports allow you to download information that your account already has access to.

Exporting information does not transfer ownership of the underlying Datanexin database. After information is exported, you are responsible for storing, securing and using it lawfully.

Intellectual property

Datanexin and its software, interface, branding, platform design, documentation and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you permission to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Datanexin technology, branding or other proprietary materials to you.

Third-party services

Datanexin may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers and external business websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Datanexin, investigate suspected misuse, respond to security issues, comply with law, address payment issues or enforce these Terms.

Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access.

Disclaimers

Datanexin is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted or that every piece of business information will be complete, accurate or current.

Nothing in Datanexin constitutes legal, financial or other professional advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datanexin will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost opportunities, lost profits or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, business model or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of Datanexin after revised Terms take effect means the updated Terms will apply to your continued use, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
